Kevin T.

“Their team of workers came in and addressed our broken exhaust fan at our restaurant on a Friday night at 7pm to fix our fan. I asked for a cleaning estimate and Eric was very thorough and showed me pictures of what my existing company wasn't cleaning. He came back after we closed and did a 3 hour cleaning and we couldn't be happier!”

What it could look like

Kevin, thanks for taking the time to share this! I'm glad we could help with your exhaust fan on a Friday night1 and show you the areas that needed attention2. Happy we could come back after closing3 and get the cleaning done for you. — Eric

Why it’s written this way

  1. 1Can I get help when I need it? You showed that you were willing to help Kevin with an exhaust fan problem on a Friday evening, rather than leaving him waiting until the next business day.
  2. 2Will I know what needs cleaning? You showed Kevin pictures of what his previous company had missed. That gives prospective customers a concrete example of how you explain the work instead of expecting them to take your word for it.
  3. 3Will the cleaning disrupt my restaurant? You returned after the restaurant closed, demonstrating consideration for the customer's operating hours.

Ittai A.

“Absolute disaster! Showed up over 3 hours late, made an absolute mess, then to clean it used peroxide and ruined my wood floors. And to top it all off sprayed water all in the circuit box of my hood and now my hood will not work.”

  2. 2Can I speak directly to the owner? You give Ittai a direct way to ask for you rather than leaving him to work out whom to contact.
  3. 3Can I contact the owner directly in writing? You offer a second route for communication. Add your verified shop email address before publishing the reply.

What this looks like every week

Replies don’t move you up the list. They decide whether you get picked once someone finds you. What helps you get found is a steady flow of new reviews. Here’s what I’d take care of for you: every customer gets asked for a review, the same way, with the same link. Every new review gets a reply like these within minutes. Anything unhappy comes to a person first, never a robot.

If you’d like me to take care of this for you, just reply to my email.
